Designed by Italian designer, Maurizio, this boutique villa is the pride possession of Panchshil Group Chairman, Mr. Chordia. It reflects the grandeur of the Renaissance style of architecture, placing emphasis on symmetryproportiongeometry, and the regularity of parts as they are demonstrated within the space. Orderly arrangements of columnspilasters, lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, and niches make this structure a visual treat. Lighting, obviously taking its cues from its style, is fairly symmetric, balanced, and easy to the eye. A minimalistic approach in lighting helps retain the focus on the deserving elements of the space. Strategic zoning and dimming of luminaires help introduce a visual hierarchy to visually celebrate elements that are noteworthy.
