101 Residences

101 Residences is the second chapter of GA's work for Dynamix Group in Goa: a low-rise villa community planned around water. The arrival sequence runs past a cascading water feature into a colonnaded entrance lobby that behaves like a boutique hotel's.

Each residence is organized around its own pool and garden court, with living rooms opening full-width to the landscape and a retail street stitching the community to its neighbourhood edge.

Architecture, interiors and lighting were designed together, so the development photographs at dusk the way it was drawn – warm, layered, inevitable.
