How GA lights a building

01

Darkness is a material

A lighting plan is mostly a decision about what stays dark. GA schemes begin with the night sky, the shadow, the unlit wall – then spend brightness like money.

02

Light serves the hour

A lobby at 7 a.m. and the same lobby at 11 p.m. are different rooms. Every GA scheme is designed in scenes – circadian-aware, tuned for wellbeing, never frozen at noon.

03

The source disappears

If you can name the fixture, the scheme has failed. Architecture takes the credit; the engineering stays out of sight.

From The Oberoi's newest palace to India's most decorated restaurant – rooms people photograph at night, lit by GA.
